Das 3TEMP-Mahlwerk wurde für das moderne Filterbrauen entwickelt und bietet eine konsistente Mahlgradgröße, eine klare Kontrolle und eine kompakte Grundfläche, die für den täglichen Arbeitsablauf in der Bar geeignet ist. Das Mahlwerk wurde so entwickelt, dass es nahtlos mit PULS, KOBRA und WALL zusammenarbeitet und so die gleiche Systemlogik in jedes Brau-Setup bringt.
Das Gerät ist auf Konsistenz ausgelegt und unterstützt eine stabile Extraktion bei verschiedenen Rezepten und Zubereitungsmethoden, mit einstellbaren Mahlgradeinstellungen für eine schnelle Kalibrierung. Ein klares, einfaches Display ermöglicht eine direkte Kontrolle und macht schnelle Anpassungen einfach.
Mit 85 mm flachen Graten und dem gleichen klaren Design wie bei den 3TEMP-Brühern vervollständigt sie das System in Leistung und Design.
